Fear is like poisoning gas,

you will set your peaceful, moderate and mild arms on the beast

and by doing so you will control, defeat and overcome it with ease.

Let go off your fear, for it is not real,

you will see that appearances are deceptive

and when you firstly realize it

you will then easily get rid of it.
