The way out of pain is to break free from its chain, to loosen its grip and release what remains. To escape from the web where we struggle and strain, to find our way out through the twists of the maze again. It is seeing the Light at the end of the tunnel appear, and allowing its radiance to fill us with peace, without fear. We embrace the pain that we carry inside, and in the Light, let it dissolve and subside. Perhaps it may seem difficult at first to attain, but with every attempt, you grow stronger again. For each step that you take, each lesson you gain, brings you closer to freedom — beyond all the pain.
